The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Otami closes the distance looking to clinch
and Otami is countered with a crisp right hand from Horiguchi that sends him to the canvas! Horiguchi follows him to the mat into side control.
Otami is rocked!
Otami sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Otami looks like he's trying to stand up.
Otami wants to control but Horiguchi is keeping busy.
Horiguchi is pressing down on Otami's thigh, looking to free his foot. Otami is holding on for now.
