Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Donnie Jones (ranked 3279 p4p, 25017 weight class) and Kaori Suzuki (ranked 269 p4p, 361 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaori Suzuki!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suzuki jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Suzuki throws a hook but Jones avoids it easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones.
Jones is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Suzuki's half guard.
Jones takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Suzuki has hold of Jones's hands but Jones slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Jones scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Jones working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Suzuki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jones scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Suzuki to see if he's OK.

Jones working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Jones in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Suzuki is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
