Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? McCain looks for a takedown but Chai sprawls well. McCain tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chai swats him away and circles back towards the center. Chai seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. CC Chai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chai rushes McCain and presses him up against the cage. We've been hearing reports that Chai has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. McCain successfully pulls guard.
