The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kvaratskhelia throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Garcia tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kvaratskhelia is in Garcia's guard.
Garcia manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Garcia shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Garcia showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
