Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Larry Kings!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Robin Robben!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robben forces Kings back against the cage and clinches.
Robben lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kings backwards.
Robben lands with a light punch inside.
Kings takes a shot to the head.
Robben lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kings jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Robben walks away with a smile on his face. Kings gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Good standup being displayed there by Robben as he connects with a hook.
Kings is rocked!
Kings tries to keep at a distance but Robben has taken the fight into the clinch.
Robben lands a nice uppercut.
Oh Kings is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Robben digs a right hand underneath Kings's ribcage. Kings let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Robben lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Robben creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Kings's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Kings drops to his knees and Robben pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robin Robben!
