PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Krakowski (ranked 2397 p4p, 1837 weight class) and Dimche Rajcevski (ranked 288 p4p, 229 weight class). Krakowski comes to the cage accompanied by Netherfell - Mokosz. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dimche Rajcevski enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bernard Krakowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dimche Rajcevski!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krakowski misses the body punch
and Rajcevski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Krakowski swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rajcevski wants to counter with a clinch but Krakowski pushes him away.
Krakowski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rajcevski.

Rajcevski closes the distance and clinches.
Rajcevski fails to pull guard.

Rajcevski lands a right hand that snaps the head of Krakowski backwards.
Krakowski is pushing Rajcevski up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Rajcevski ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rajcevski no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Rajcevski had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Krakowski defends it easily.

Rajcevski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Krakowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Krakowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Krakowski got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rajcevski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Krakowski has managed to get both his arms back between Rajcevski's legs - danger averted.

Krakowski looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Krakowski throws the left hand but Rajcevski avoids the punch easily.

Bernard Krakowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dimche Rajcevski.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rajcevski looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Krakowski leaves Rajcevski with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
