Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Allen (ranked 1391 p4p, 2762 weight class) and Giovani Hatfield (ranked 128 p4p, 235 weight class). Allen's entrance music is Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. A fine choice. Edgar Allen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edgar Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Hatfield darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hatfield dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hatfield lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Allen walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hatfield cracks Allen with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Allen looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Sloppy strikes from Hatfield. Those never looked like landing.
Hatfield lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Allen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Giovani Hatfield comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hatfield has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
