And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Magomed Magomedov!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Czerw works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've been told by Czerw's head coaches at Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Magomedov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Czerw as he jumps to the side.
Czerw drops Magomedov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Magomedov looks back up at him and smiles so Czerw waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Magomedov is rocked!
Magomedov is aggressively charging in as Czerw backs up avoiding any damage. Czerw tosses out a jab and Magomedov runs right into it face first! Magomedov is out cold! Czerw dropped down on all fours and is barking in Magomedov's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Roman Czerw!
A very excited looking Roman Czerw made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
