Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Francois Bourbon!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gigante bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Bourbon wants to control but Gigante postures up.
Gigante swings around for an armbar but Bourbon sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Gigante's guard.
Gigante might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bourbon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Gigante has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bourbon is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gigante.

Bourbon is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Gigante sees it coming and defends easily.
