Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maman Suraman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luka Sorenson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sorenson connects with a solid leg kick.
Suraman avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Suraman tries to keep at a distance but Sorenson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sorenson stops a takedown attempt from Suraman.
Suraman goes for a takedown in the clinch but Sorenson prevents it.
Sorenson lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Sorenson misses with the head strike.
Sorenson misses with a hook from the clinch.
Suraman has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sorenson after a bit of a struggle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maman Suraman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sorenson tries a body shot but Suraman blocks it.
Suraman goes for a takedown attempt but Sorenson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Suraman takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sorenson feints and then cracks Suraman's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Suraman down.
Sorenson throws a leg kick
and Suraman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sorenson won't be happy with that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sorenson is pushing Suraman's head away, looking to escape. Suraman manages to hold on to the position though.

Suraman fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Suraman wants to control but Sorenson is keeping him busy.
The ground and pound from Suraman seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Suraman has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Sorenson is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Suraman yanks on the arm and Sorenson is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Suraman.
