Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Moody (ranked 1320 p4p, 1541 weight class) and Memnon Tithonus (ranked 137 p4p, 156 weight class). Moody comes to the cage accompanied by New Authentic - The Abyss. Tithonus has chosen Nishaiar - Duhanakhar as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Tommy Moody has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tommy Moody seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Moody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Memnon Tithonus!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tithonus walks into a left hand.
Tithonus throws a looping overhand right but Moody ducks down to avoid it.
Moody throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tommy Moody seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tithonus moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Tithonus fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Moody avoids it really well and circles away.
Moody throws a quick counter head kick but Tithonus was just out of range.
Tithonus keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moody scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Moody uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tithonus has time to react.
Moody throws a hook to the side of Tithonus's head but Tithonus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Moody.
A nice left hand lands by Moody.

Tithonus closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Moody quickly recovers to half guard.
Tithonus is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Moody is controlling Tithonus's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Moody digs a right hand underneath Tithonus's ribcage. Tithonus let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Moody tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Tithonus struggles to land a body shot inside as Moody controls his hands.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tithonus tries to throw a body punch but Moody avoids it by throwing Tithonus back against the cage.
Moody manages to break the clinch.

Horrible takedown attempt by Tithonus or perhaps it was just good defense by Moody, which made it look bad.

and Moody counters with a nice uppercut.
Moody takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Tithonus dives in for a single leg takedown but Moody sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Moody lands a jab to Tithonus's midsection.
Moody wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Moody goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Tithonus has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Moody finds it's way round the side to connect with Tithonus's head.
Moody cracks Tithonus with a good jab.
Tithonus is rocked!
Moody throws a sloppy head kick and Tithonus moves out of range easily.
Moody feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tithonuss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Tithonus is still on wobbly legs! Can Moody finish him?
Moody pounces like a tiger and cracks Tithonus with a vicious hook! Tithonus is down but not out! Moody follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tommy Moody!
After winning the bout, Tommy Moody thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Memnon Tithonus was interviewed post fight and said 'You win or you go back to the gym with some new knowledge of what you need to improve, I will be back better than before and that is my promise to you.'.
