Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bucky Beasley (ranked 25547 p4p, 21937 weight class) and Karter Carey (ranked 517 p4p, 535 weight class). Beasley comes to the cage accompanied by Walk. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bucky Beasley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Karter Carey! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Beasley. Beautiful body shot. Carey fails with an attempt to clinch.
As Carey tries to get set, Beasley tries to push him back and clinch up but Carey manages to avoid the attempt. Carey shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Beasley as he jumps to the side. Carey shoots in and drives through. Beasley sprawls well. Carey listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. No luck for Beasley with that takedown attempt. Beasley slips under a jab from Carey. Beasley stuffs the takedown attempt from Carey. Carey gets slowly back to his feet. Beasley seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Bucky Beasley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karter Carey. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice body punch from Beasley.
Carey tries to keep at a distance but Beasley has taken the fight into the clinch. Beasley misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Carey.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Carey is trying to push Beasley away but Beasley has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Beasley is looking to break free of the clinch but Carey has double underhooks. Carey is defending well against a takedown attempt. Carey has a takedown stuffed. Beasley tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Carey defends well and Beasley ends up having to push Carey into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Beasley wants to break the clinch but can't.
Beasley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Beasley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Carey circles away. Carey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beasley swivels and escapes. Carey looks for a takedown but Beasley sprawls well. Beasley shoots in for a takedown but Carey shows good takedown defense. Beasley throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Carey counters with a shoot takedown. Beasley fights it but they end up in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Carey looks winded! Beasley tries to land a sweep but no joy. Carey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beasley swivels though and keeps the full guard. Beasley looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Carey wants to control from the top but Beasley keeps moving. Beasley has control of Carey's left arm, preventing Carey from doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beasley looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Carey has picked Beasley up and slammed him! Beasley can't keep hold of the triangle and Carey manages to pass to side control! Carey trying to control the position but Beasley is working away. Beasley controls the position for a moment. Beasley is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Beasley holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Carey throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Beasley to regain full guard. Carey won't allow Beasley to sweep him here. Carey must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Beasley holds on and takes a little breather. Beasley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Beasley gets a clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bucky Beasley will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Carey looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Carey throws the left hand but Beasley avoids the punch easily. Beasley shoots for a double leg takedown but Carey sprawls well. He's pushed Beasley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Carey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Carey blocks a head kick by Beasley.
Carey changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Beasley punishes Carey's body with a nice straight punch. Beasley tries a head kick but it misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beasley is trying to pull guard but Carey has him pressed against the cage. Beasley is struggling to control the position. Beasley is trying to force a seperation but Carey has the dominant position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Carey has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Beasley is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Beasley softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Carey pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. An inside leg kick from Carey misses. Beasley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Carey can do to turn this around? Beasley misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bucky Beasley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Beasley moves into the clinch. Beasley avoiding damage.
Carey jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Beasley walks away with a smile on his face. Carey gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Beasley with a lazy takedown attempt and Carey counters with a lovely straight right hand!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Beasley shoots in for a takedown but Carey shows good takedown defense. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Beasley takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Carey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Carey connects with a nice short shot to Beasley's temple. Beasley trying to control here.
Beasley wants to get back to full guard. Carey trying to control the action but Beasley is working from the bottom.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Beasley keeping hold of Carey's head, controlling as best he can. Carey trying to control the action but Beasley is working from the bottom.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Beasley dives in and grabs Carey's left leg, looking for a takedown. Carey pushes down on Beasley's head and hops out. Carey wants to clinch up but Beasley keeps it at a distance. Beasley went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Carey keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Beasley closes the distance and clinches. Carey misses with a punch to the body.
Carey is trying to drag Beasley to the mat but Beasley just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Carey is looking to take this one to the mat.
Beasley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Carey has a takedown stuffed. Beasley shoots in but no luck this time. No luck with that takedown attempt from Beasley. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Beasley fails in his attempt to clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Beasley. Carey is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bucky Beasley will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Carey bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Beasley throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Carey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Beasley swats him away and circles back towards the center. Beasley tries a head kick but it misses.
Carey fails with a takedown attempt. Karter Carey seems to be getting the better of the standup. Beasley scores with a one two! Carey had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Carey is looking to clinch. Carey shoots in for a double leg but Beasley sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Beasley closes the distance and clinches. Carey takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Beasley just leaning against Carey, taking a breather. Carey on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Carey manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Beasley seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Further stalling from Beasley. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Beasley sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Carey's guard. Beasley takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Carey wants to control but Beasley is keeping busy.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Beasley stands up out of the half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Beasley misses with a takedown attempt - Carey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Carey keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Beasley's efforts to push away. Carey is trying to pull guard but Beasley has him pressed against the cage. Bucky Beasley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karter Carey. Beasley wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Beasley can't get the takedown.
Beasley is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Carey gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Beasley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Carey turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Beasley throws Carey to one side and escapes!
Carey tries to keep at a distance but Beasley has taken the fight into the clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Carey is looking for a takedown. Carey wants a takedown.

Carey trying to control but Beasley is working from the bottom. Beasley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
And that's the end of the fight! Bucky Beasley showed his dominance in that final round. Well Beasley has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Bucky Beasley! A determined Bucky Beasley didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
