Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Jacobs (ranked 4267 p4p, 2887 weight class) and Alessandro Padrilo (ranked 457 p4p, 351 weight class). Jacobs comes into the arena with Pressure-Rushy blaring out of the sound system. Alessandro Padrilo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jordan Jacobs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alessandro Padrilo!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnem�ki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs looks to land a left hand but Padrilo moved out of range nicely.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Padrilo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jacobs has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jacobs and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Jacobs defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Padrilo.
Padrilo is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jacobs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Padrilo looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
