Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between D.C. Benny (ranked 490 p4p, 778 weight class) and Lew Alcindor (ranked 67 p4p, 103 weight class). Benny's entrance music is D.C. Benny - Unagi Standup Bit. A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, D.C. Benny!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lew Alcindor!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alcindor darts in looking for a takedown but Benny gets double underhooks and turns Alcindor into the cage.
A decent looking cross lands there for Benny.
Benny stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Benny moves away from the strike by Alcindor.
A jab from Benny does it's job there.
Benny lands with a hook. Alcindor tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Alcindor is rocked!
Alcindor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Alcindor is still on wobbly legs! Can Benny finish him?
Alcindor wants to clinch up but Benny keeps it at a distance.
Benny digs a good body shot into Alcindor's ribs.
Alcindor seems to have recovered his senses.
Benny cracks Alcindor with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Alcindor looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Benny finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Alcindor keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Benny.
Benny cracks Alcindor with a hook to the temple - Alcindor is on wobbly legs here! Benny swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Alcindor falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Benny wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). D.C. Benny!
During a confident post fight interview, D.C. Benny thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
