Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Blank (ranked 671 p4p, 932 weight class) and Sven Torvik (ranked 91 p4p, 118 weight class). Torvik has chosen MUPP & Sadfriendd - BLOODY! as his entrance music. Sven Torvik told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Blank might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Blank has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Oh Blank is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Torvik lands a big uppercut and Blank crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Blank looks OK. Torvik waves Blank back to his feet!
Blank glances at the clock... BAM! Torvik nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Blank crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Blank is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sven Torvik!
Sven Torvik decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Billy Blank spoke after the fight, saying 'I lost focus and i paid for it. it was a great fight and i am coming back much better.'.
