Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Renas Dag (ranked 4577 p4p, 25442 weight class) and Michael Brandt (ranked 471 p4p, 562 weight class). Brandt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Broken Out In Love by Mark Crozer. Michael Brandt will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Renas Dag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Brandt!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dag looks to land a right hand but Brandt moved out of range.
Brandt is looking to clinch but Dag is avoiding it.
Dag tried to counter with a leg kick but Brandt avoided it.
Brandt closes the distance and clinches up with Dag, looking for a takedown. Brandt pushes Dag against the cage but Dag circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dag connects with a nice looking jab.
A right-left combo lands from Dag.
Dag keeps the fight on the outside.
Brandt misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Brandt looks winded!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dag looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Dag moves into the clinch.
Brandt jumps guard but Dag turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Renas Dag has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Brandt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brandt fails to pull guard.
Dag breaks from the clinch.
Brandt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dag gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Dag pushes Brandt off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Dag cracks Brandt with a big right hand and Brandt goes down!
It looks like Michael Brandt has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dag decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Dag scores with a nice right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dag lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Brandt falls backwards - clearly groggy! Dag dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Renas Dag!
Michael Brandt spoke after the fight, saying 'We win some, we lose some. On God, I pray I win the next one! God bless & have a great night!'.
