Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Tommy Carter (ranked 4889 p4p, 4559 weight class) and Andre Pereira (ranked 394 p4p, 370 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pereira is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Carter.

Pereira throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Carter stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pereira has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

and Carter counters with a big uppercut that drops Pereira face first to the mat! Will he beat the count?! He's struggled up to his knees on 7 but it doesn't look like he's going to make it... he's been counted out! This fight is all over!
