Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shaggy Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Bear lands a jab.
Jenkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A combination from Jenkins does no damage.
Jenkins shoots and misses
and Bear counters with a right hand to the body.
Bear circles away from the clinch attempt
and Bear connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jenkins tries to clinch up but Bear circles away and keeps his distance.
It looked like Bear was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jenkins.
Bear connects with a body shot.
Bear lands a jab to the nose.
Bear lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jenkins moves into the clinch successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bear gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jenkins.
Bear misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jenkins is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bear to keep the fight standing.
Shaggy Bear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Jenkins.
Jenkins tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Bear cracks Jenkins with a nice body shot.
I was talking to Bear's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Jenkins jumps guard but Bear stands there with Jenkins around his waist. Jenkins gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jenkins throws a knee to the head but misses.
Jenkins tries to break free but Bear pushes him back against the cage.
Bear manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jenkins misses with a takedown attempt
and Bear counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Jenkins looks winded!
Bear throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Jenkins's head.
Jenkins looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bear dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jenkins. That did some damage!
Bear scores with a one two! Jenkins had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Jenkins fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jenkins doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bear counters with a nice uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bear throws a nice outside leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bear, as that shot connected.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jenkins takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bear thumps Jenkins with a low kick.
Jenkins looks to clinch
enabling Bear to counter with a crisp jab.
Bear with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Shaggy Bear is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jenkins takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Jenkins takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bear.
Bear is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Jenkins ducks right into an uppercut from Bear.
Jenkins is rocked!
Bear scores with a leg kick.
Bear looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bear's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jenkins under the eye.
Jenkins is still on wobbly legs! Can Bear finish him?
That's four minutes gone in the round.

Jenkins seems to have recovered his senses.
Bear connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jenkins - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
