Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Soibler (ranked 1956 p4p, 4641 weight class) and Xi Daerji (ranked 219 p4p, 0 weight class). Daerji has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jordan Soibler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 39 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xi Daerji! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Daerji is defended easily by Soibler. Daerji doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Daerji walks into a jab. Soibler misses with a jab, cross combination.
Soibler throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Daerji stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Daerji keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daerji moves into the clinch. Soibler looks to throw an elbow but misses. Soibler working hard to break the clinch. Our sources have told us that Soibler has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Soibler drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Daerji gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Daerji keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Soibler's efforts to push away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Soibler tries to circle away but Daerji has him pinned against the cage. Soibler can't break the clinch.
Soibler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Daerji can't break the clinch.

Daerji takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Daerji looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Soibler lands with a nice combination. Daerji backs away looking to recover. Soibler scores with a crisp jab that stopped Daerji in his tracks. Soibler lands a glancing blow to the side of Daerji's head. Soibler misses with a straight left. Daerji is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Soibler throws a hook but Daerji blocks it. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Soibler, as that shot connected.
The crowd cheers as Soibler lands an impressive looking overhand right. Daerji doesn't seem phased though. Daerji with a poor takedown and Soibler counters with a straight right hand. Daerji tries to land a front kick but Soibler steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Daerji uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Soibler. Daerji takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Soibler lands a right hook to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Soibler missing with a left hand there. Daerji was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Soibler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daerji manages to avoid it. A swing and a miss from Soibler. Soibler misses with an uppercut. Daerji saw that one coming. A big right from Soibler misses. Soibler clobbers Daerji with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Soibler lands a jab to the head.
Soibler throws out a loose jab but Daerji uses good head movement to avoid it. Soibler throws a series of punches but Daerji avoids them all with ease. Soibler misses with a body shot.
Soibler catches Daerji with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Daerji takes a body punch but keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Daerji drops his hands momentarily and Soibler takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Soibler connects with a right hand. Daerji shakes it off. Soibler paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice takedown defense from Soibler. No joy for Daerji on that attempt. Jordan Soibler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xi Daerji. Daerji throws the kick towards the body but Soibler avoids it. Daerji takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Soibler is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Soibler throws a series of punches but Daerji moves out of range. Soibler stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Daerji misses with an uppercut. Daerji takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A jab lands there for Soibler.
Daerji is rocked! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jordan Soibler dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Soibler scores with a punch to the head. Daerji is still on wobbly legs! Can Soibler finish him? Soibler throws an overhand right that drops Daerji like a sack of potatoes! Soibler dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jordan Soibler! Jordan Soibler spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
