Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sunrise Thibodeaux (ranked 3843 p4p, 4618 weight class) and Lucas Delebecque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucas Delebecque is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sunrise Thibodeaux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucas Delebecque!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delebecque fails with an attempt to clinch.
Delebecque shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thibodeaux as he jumps to the side.
Thibodeaux could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Thibodeaux scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Nice uppercut lands for Thibodeaux. That snapped Delebecque's head back.
Delebecque closes the distance and clinches up with Thibodeaux, looking for a takedown. Delebecque pushes Thibodeaux against the cage but Thibodeaux circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sunrise Thibodeaux has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Delebecque.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Thibodeaux throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Thibodeaux lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Thibodeaux swats away the attempt to clinch by Delebecque.
Delebecque needs to keep his hands up - Thibodeaux had a free shot at his head there.

Thibodeaux cracks Delebecque with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thibodeaux has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Delebecque to stand back up!
Delebecque is rocked!
Delebecque walks straight into a right hand from Thibodeaux - that's dropped him! Thibodeaux jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Delebecque from any more punishment! Delebecque complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sunrise Thibodeaux!
