The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bayano tries to keep at a distance but Sanadanagh has taken the fight into the clinch.
Sanadanagh is trying to pull guard but Bayano has him pressed against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Bayano stalling in the clinch but Sanadanagh improves position.
The referee is keeping an eye on Sanadanagh - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Bayano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanadanagh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sanadanagh has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sanadanagh is looking for a kimura but Bayano is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sanadanagh to get the leverage.
We've been informed that Bayano has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sanadanagh connects with a nice short shot to Bayano's temple.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sanadanagh decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Bayano tests Sanadanagh's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Jizzdyn Sanadanagh has been cut.
Nice uppercut lands for Bayano. That snapped Sanadanagh's head back.

Bayano throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sanadanagh sees it coming and avoids it easily.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sanadanagh takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Bayano cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jizzdyn Sanadanagh will probably get the nod.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Bayano is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage.
Bayano lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Sanadanagh manages to break the clinch.

A nice inside leg kick there by Bayano. That's going to slow Sanadanagh down.

Sanadanagh is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanadanagh pushes Bayano off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Bayano connects with a nice cross there... Sanadanagh is looking wobbly and Bayano recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Sanadanagh to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Bayano jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
