Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Nishiyama finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Costeau takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Nishiyama darts in trying to clinch
and Costeau makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
A nice leg kick from Nishiyama, right into the meat of the thigh.
Costeau blocks a jab.
Costeau throws a jab but it's blocked by Nishiyama.
We've been told by Costeau's head coaches at Champion Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Costeau throws a head kick but Nishiyama moves out of range.

Costeau pounces like a tiger and cracks Nishiyama with a vicious hook! Nishiyama is down but not out! Costeau follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
