Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kalevelis Kalvis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Josiah Ng!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ng gets tackled into the cage by Kalvis. Kalvis maintains the clinch.
Kalvis throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Ng tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kalvis blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kalvis lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ng or not.
Ng misses with the head strike.
Kalvis works on Ng's body with a couple of short punches.

I was talking to Kalvis's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Ng looks winded!
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Kalvis.
Kalvis is leaning against Ng and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Kalvis pushes Ng back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Ng is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Ng is still on wobbly legs! Can Kalvis finish him?

Kalvis throws a lazy right hand but Ng sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kalvis drops Ng with a big left hand! Ng is injured, injured bad! Kalvis jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
