Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nic Caswell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freida Felcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Freida Felcher!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felcher avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Felcher shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Felcher was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Caswell is bucking up trying to escape but Felcher cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Felcher trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Felcher prevents Caswell from getting the reversal.

Felcher looking for a guillotine from mount but Caswell is having none of it.

Felcher looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Felcher is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Caswell can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Caswell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Caswell is looking to improve his position but Felcher isn't that keen on the idea.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Felcher drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Felcher jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Felcher is pushing down on Caswell's leg trying to pass to half guard. Caswell is fighting to maintain full guard but Felcher has managed to sneak the leg through.

Felcher drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Caswell manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Felcher has Caswell in his guard.

Caswell is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Caswell stands and throws Felcher's legs to the side, diving into side control.

You can see the frustration on Felcher's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Caswell goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Felcher has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Caswell but great work by Felcher.

Caswell looks to land a left hand but Felcher moved out of range nicely.

Caswell throws a looping overhand right but Felcher ducks down to avoid it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Freida Felcher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
