Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Christ (ranked 563 p4p, 1374 weight class) and Barry Redcola (ranked 79 p4p, 175 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jesus Christ has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jesus Christ seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ clobbers Redcola with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Christ throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Redcola stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

We've been told by Christ's head coaches at Sydney Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Redcola takes a swing at Christ's ribcage but misses.
Christ throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Christ moves out of range of the body kick from Redcola.

and Christ counters with a big uppercut that knocks Redcola off his feet! Christ dives into side control looking to finish!

Redcola is trying to control Christ's posture but Christ avoids it.

and Christ counters with a left hand that sends Redcola to the canvas!

Christ stands up and waves to Redcola to follow him.
Christ swings for the body but Redcola moves out of range.
Redcola tries to counter with a clinch but Christ shakes him off and moves away.
Redcola looks to land a combination but Christ avoids it well.
Christ knocks out Redcola with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Christ before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Christ picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jesus Christ!
A relieved looking Jesus Christ thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
