Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two (ranked 1636 p4p, 1199 weight class) and Okoro Igwe (ranked 212 p4p, 161 weight class). Sturmovik Two comes into the arena with Russki Style by Russkaja blaring out of the sound system. Okoro Igwe has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Okoro Igwe! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Igwe lands with an uppercut that bounces Sturmovik Two off the cage and back into range.
 It looks like Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two has been cut. Sturmovik Two's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Igwe connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sturmovik Two scrambles back to his feet. Igwe drops his hands momentarily and Sturmovik Two takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Sturmovik Two tries a head kick but it misses.
Igwe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sturmovik Two throws a body shot but no joy. Igwe checks a leg kick. Igwe tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Sturmovik Two ducks under a wild hook from Igwe. Igwe throws a big shot that misses. Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Igwe darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Nice uppercut there from Igwe. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A telegraphed right hand from Igwe misses the target. Sturmovik Two ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Igwe moves away. Sturmovik Two loads up on a big right hand but Igwe slips the punch. Sturmovik Two listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Sturmovik Two throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Sturmovik Two throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sturmovik Two takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sturmovik Two swings widly with a right hand
and Igwe counters with a single leg into guard. Sturmovik Two didn't expect that. Igwe looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Igwe thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sturmovik Two preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sturmovik Two keeping full guard, as Igwe tries to pass. Igwe pushes down on Sturmovik Two's leg and manages to get into half guard. Sturmovik Two pushes Igwe off looking to stand but Igwe dives back in and keeps control.
Igwe is looking for a kimura but Sturmovik Two is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Igwe to get the leverage.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sturmovik Two tries to get out of the position. Igwe thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sturmovik Two's head.
Igwe looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Igwe tries to pass the half guard into mount. Sturmovik Two knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Igwe is still trying to improve position.

Igwe is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Igwe is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sturmovik Two doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Igwe.
 The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Igwe seems to be working for a kimura but Sturmovik Two defends the submission attempt.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Igwe is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sturmovik Two is just riding it out for now. Igwe eventually gives up the hold.
Igwe trying to work for an americana but Sturmovik Two has managed to regain full guard.
Igwe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Igwe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Igwe drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sturmovik Two looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sturmovik Two looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sturmovik Two!
 And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Okoro Igwe dominated that round. The cut man is working on Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sturmovik Two avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Igwe cracks Sturmovik Two with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Sturmovik Two moves out of range as Igwe strikes. Igwe's corner calls for a 1-2. Igwe obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Igwe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Igwe swings for the body but Sturmovik Two moves out of range.
Sturmovik Two lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Sturmovik Two moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Igwe is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sturmovik Two. Sturmovik Two avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sturmovik Two delivers a nice body kick. Sturmovik Two misses with a double jab.

Sturmovik Two drops Igwe with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Igwe looks back up at him and smiles so Sturmovik Two waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
 Igwe is rocked! Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sturmovik Two shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Igwe takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Sturmovik Two sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Igwe bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two! During a confident post fight interview, Marshal Kirov Sturmovik Two thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
