Anstey comes into the arena with Let's hear it for the boy blaring out of the sound system. Mazepin has chosen boom as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anstey jabs at Mazepin's body.
Anstey lands a right hook to the body.
Mazepin closes the distance but Anstey moves to the side
and Anstey connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Fedor Mazepin has been cut.
Mazepin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Mazepin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mazepin looks winded!
Anstey punishes Mazepin's body with a nice straight punch.
Anstey paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Anstey lands a big right hand that sends Mazepin crashing to the mat! Anstey stays standing though and waves Mazepin back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Anstey ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Mazepin's jaw. Mazepin's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Anstey does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Corwin Anstey!
As Corwin Anstey got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: That's how it's done, I want to go again asap.'.
