Lyons unleashes a big counter combination but Kvaratskhelia bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Kvaratskhelia leaves his chin hanging out and Lyons seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Kvaratskhelia crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
