With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kino Martinez! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Valeri Chadov and Fedor Mirinova.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martinez throws a right hand that Kapusta ducks under and follows up with a left that Kapusta also avoids with ease. Kapusta tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Martinez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kapusta darts in and clinches Martinez up against the cage. Kapusta prevents a takedown attempt there.

 It looks like Kino Martinez has been cut. Kapusta lands an elbow that stopped Martinez in his tracks for a moment. Kapusta has Martinez pushed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kapusta landing knees to the head.
