Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rasul Rzayev (ranked 25802 p4p, 4215 weight class) and Shamil Magomedov (ranked 476 p4p, 381 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rasul Rzayev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rzayev shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Magomedov defends it nicely.
Rzayev shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Magomedov but Magomedov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rzayev goes for a double leg but Magomedov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Magomedov continues to drive forward.

Magomedov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rzayev's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rzayev's back!

Magomedov gets to his feet and stands over Rzayev, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Rzayev felt that one! Magomedov unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Rzayev from any more punishment!
