Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23063 p4p, 23169 weight class) and Richard John Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 55 - 65 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 56 - 70 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard John Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Amiga is trying to defend but Salvacion finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Still in half guard, Salvacion seems content to control. Amiga keeping hold of Salvacion's head, controlling as best he can. Salvacion keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga is concentrating on defense, preventing Salvacion from advancing position. Salvacion is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga desperately trying to maintain half guard. Amiga continues to stall.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Salvacion shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Amiga's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Salvacion's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Salvacion trying to control the position from guard on top but Amiga is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Salvacion is fighting to break Amiga's control of his arms but Amiga is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. More hug and hope from Amiga.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Salvacion tries for a takedown but Amiga circles away easily and Amiga counters with a body kick that stops Salvacion in his tracks momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Salvacion looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Amiga! Salvacion wants to lay and pray for a moment but Amiga keeps working. Amiga can't do much from the bottom here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Richard John Salvacion dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Salvacion. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Both fighters take a look at the clock. Salvacion trying to control the position but Amiga is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Amiga's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Amiga is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Amiga stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Amiga wants it to stay on the feet. And Amiga counters with a quick kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Salvacion shoots in but no luck this time. Amiga defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Salvacion. Amiga jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Richard John Salvacion. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Amiga shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Amiga manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Salvacion on his heels. He'll look to pass Salvacion's guard now, I'm sure. Salvacion has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion is pulling down on Amiga's head to control his posture. Salvacion wants to get back to his feet but Amiga is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Amiga working some strikes from top position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Salvacion pulls Amiga in close to prevent any damage. Salvacion is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Amiga is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Amiga counters with a solid body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Agbay Amiga will probably get the nod. That's time! Amiga's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! Amiga shoots in and drives through. Salvacion sprawls well. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time. Amiga bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Salvacion's head backwards. Amiga feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Amiga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Amiga controls the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing Amiga from standing up. Amiga postures up.
Amiga wants to stand and escape but instead Salvacion has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Salvacion slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. More stalling from Salvacion. Salvacion makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Amiga wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga stuffs the takedown attempt from Salvacion. Salvacion gets slowly back to his feet. As Salvacion looks to move away, Amiga throws a big counter combo but Salvacion just gets out of the way. Horrible takedown attempt by Salvacion or perhaps it was just good defense by Amiga, which made it look bad. Amiga looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Amiga changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Salvacion looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Amiga working the head with strikes. Amiga wants to stand but Salvacion has his arm trapped. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Agbay Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. I think Amiga has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
