And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hector Moreno!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreno with a poor takedown
and Okropir counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Moreno wants to break free but Okropir has control.
Moreno tries to pull guard but Okropir holds him up against the cage and eventually Moreno drops back down to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Okropir seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Okropir lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Okropir is nestled in close to Moreno, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
