Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kris Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kris Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trey Davis! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Davis fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Davis tries for a takedown but Burns sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Davis has a takedown stuffed. Kris Burns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trey Davis. Davis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Burns circles away. Burns could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Burns tries for a takedown but Davis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Davis stuffs the takedown attempt from Burns. Burns gets slowly back to his feet. Davis stuffs the takedown. Burns shoots for a double leg takedown but Davis sprawls well. He's pushed Burns's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burns changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Davis tries to avoid it but Burns manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Davis to the ground. Davis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Davis stuffs the takedown. Davis throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Davis tries for a takedown but Burns circles away easily and Burns counters with a takedown into side control. Burns is trying to get an arm triangle but Davis is defending well. Burns is breathing heavily. Davis is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Burns tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Burns has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Davis is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis can't do much from the bottom here. Burns is trying to get an arm triangle but Davis is defending well. Davis tries to buck Burns off but Burns is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Burns is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Davis has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Burns is trying to get an arm triangle but Davis is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kris Burns dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Davis doesn't succeed with the takedown and Burns counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Davis's guard now. Davis trying to control the position.
Davis keeping moving, preventing Burns from controlling successfully. Burns drops back looking for a leg! Davis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Davis manages to kick Burns off! Burns jumps back into Davis's guard. Davis is breathing heavily. Davis throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Burns escapes and throws Davis's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Burns has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Davis is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Burns yanks on the arm and Davis is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Burns.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Kris Burns!
