Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yakami Sansho (ranked 5234 p4p, 23576 weight class) and Andy Ettish (ranked 418 p4p, 457 weight class). Sansho kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sordid by Amon Tobin. The key to victory for Yakami Sansho has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Yakami Sansho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Ettish! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Sano and Taro Takaoka.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ettish swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sansho throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ettish fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sansho manages to avoid it. Sansho is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Ettish. Ettish keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sansho. Ettish uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sansho. Sansho seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Ettish ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sansho moves away. Ettish slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Ettish lands a jab to Sansho's midsection. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ettish throws out a loose jab but Sansho uses good head movement to avoid it. Ettish lands a lovely overhand right. A big left from Sansho misses. Sansho misses with a combination
and Ettish counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ettish.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ettish is working Sansho over against the cage. Ettish works on Sansho's body with a couple of short punches.

Sansho throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ettish works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sansho trying to control but Ettish is working from the bottom.
Ettish is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Ettish is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sansho is aware though and is defending well.
Ettish had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sansho defends it easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
