The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oneill drives through with a takedown into guard.
Oneill keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chavez's head.
Chavez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Oneill on the ground.
Oneill lands a couple of digs.
Chavez has momentary wrist control but Oneill slips an elbow through the middle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oneill slips nicely into half guard.
Oneill seems to be looking for submissions.
Chavez has hold of Oneill's hands but Oneill slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Oneill seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Chavez is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
