Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bronson Cobb!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mikheil Kvaratskhelia!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kvaratskhelia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cobb avoids it really well and circles away.
Kvaratskhelia will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kvaratskhelia tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cobb sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kvaratskhelia somewhat.
Bronson Cobb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikheil Kvaratskhelia.
Kvaratskhelia goes for a double leg but Cobb avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Cobb continues to drive forward.

Kvaratskhelia wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Cobb has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Kvaratskhelia has freed his hand and lives to survive another� well, another couple of seconds at least!

Cobb goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kvaratskhelia is on top in guard.

Kvaratskhelia is working Cobb over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kvaratskhelia has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kvaratskhelia cracks Cobb with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Kvaratskhelia immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Cobb is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Kvaratskhelia!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mikheil Kvaratskhelia!
Mikheil Kvaratskhelia decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
