The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wheaton closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Saulnier looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Wheaton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Wheaton rushes Saulnier and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Wheaton wants to break the clinch but can't.
Saulnier can't find room to land a body shot as Wheaton controls the action.
Saulnier misses with an elbow strike.

Wheaton manages to break the clinch.
Saulnier looks to clinch

and Wheaton counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Saulnier!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Wheaton is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Saulnier doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wheaton.
Wheaton is looking to take a break and control but Saulnier is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Saulnier tries to get to full guard but Wheaton has control of the leg.

Wheaton is trying for a kimura here. Saulnier looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Wheaton wins by kimura!
