Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kulata Bitok (ranked 23285 p4p, 23332 weight class) and Dawindi Buktot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 45 - 79 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kulata Bitok! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 50 - 74 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Bitok gets the takedown into side control. Bitok controls the position from side control. Bitok misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Buktot is trying to improve his position. Buktot defending against the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot is trying to control Bitok's posture but Bitok avoids it. Bitok is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Buktot will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Buktot is holding Bitok down, trying to stall.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Buktot stuffs the takedown attempt from Bitok. Bitok gets slowly back to his feet. Buktot follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Horrible takedown attempt by Bitok or perhaps it was just good defense by Buktot, which made it look bad.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bitok shoots in looking for a takedown but Buktot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bitok's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. And Buktot responds with a good body kick, but Bitok manages to step out the way in time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kulata Bitok. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bitok shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Buktot but Buktot pushes him off and we're back to square one. Buktot thinks about the counter body kick. Bitok shoots and misses and Buktot counters with a big head kick but Bitok shrugs it off.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitok shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Buktot as he jumps to the side. Bitok is trying hard to land a takedown here. Buktot sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bitok.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bitok closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bitok lands in his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bitok slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kulata Bitok dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Buktot. Buktot content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. An elbow from Buktot crashes against the mat.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot controlling the position. Buktot throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Bitok works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Buktot is thwarting Bitok's attempts to control the position. Buktot is taking a breather. Bitok says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bitok has his hands clasped together around Buktot's back. He's all about the action.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bitok tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Buktot defends well and Bitok ends up having to push Buktot into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Buktot steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Bitok goes for a takedown attempt but Buktot pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Buktot stuffs the takedown attempt from Bitok. Bitok gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kulata Bitok. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitok throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Buktot follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Bitok darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Bitok seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Buktot does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Buktot tries to roll over but Bitok keeps him under control.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Buktot trying to control here.
Buktot keeping control of the position. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Bitok is looking to take a break and control but Buktot is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kulata Bitok will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Buktot will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bitok drops down looking for a counter takedown but Buktot sprawls and moves away. Bitok looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Buktot is fending him off so far but Bitok persists. Nope, Buktot circles away and we're back to standing.
Bitok shoots in and bounces Buktot off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bitok showing good wrestling skills to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Buktot trying to control the position here.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bitok sitting in guard here, content to control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Buktot is pulling down on Bitok's head. It's preventing any offense from Bitok, at least for the moment. Bitok slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bitok has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Buktot fails with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Bitok changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Buktot looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Bitok wants to control but Buktot is keeping him busy. Dawindi Buktot has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kulata Bitok is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Buktot is being controlled here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bitok seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Buktot for as long as he can get away with.
And that's the end of the fight! Kulata Bitok showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bitok, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
