Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Poe Kant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 139 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kant with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Kant tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mmm swivels and escapes.
And Mmm responds with a good body kick, but Kant manages to step out the way in time.
Mmm keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mmm steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Kant delivers a nice body kick.
Mmm tries to keep at a distance but Kant has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kant jumps guard and drags Mmm to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kant seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Mmm is fighting to break Kant's control of his arms but Kant is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Kant has gone for a leg lock! Mmm slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kant's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kant is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Kant on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kant tries to get out of the position.

Kant will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kant bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mmm's guard.
Mmm preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Kant throwing strikes but missing.
Kant drops back looking for a leg! Mmm is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mmm manages to kick Kant off! Kant jumps back into Mmm's guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kant fails with a takedown attempt.
Mmm follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Kant turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kant changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mmm looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Mmm is trying to control Kant's posture but Kant avoids it.

Kant misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mmm defending against the ground and pound.
Mmm is letting Kant control him for a moment.
Kant decides to stand up, so the ref orders Mmm to his feet.
Kant moves into the clinch successfully.
Kant wants the takedown. Mmm is fighting it off but Kant persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mmm's guard against the cage.
Mmm is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kant dives into side control.

Kant seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mmm for as long as he can get away with.
Mmm really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kant. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

That's time! Kant's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Kant moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromMmm.
Mmm shoots in for a takedown but Kant shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kant gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Kant is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mmm can do to turn this around?
Kant jumps into guard, dragging Mmm to the mat.
Kant has his hands on Mmm's head, controlling the position.
Kant is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mmm is aware though and is defending well.

Mmm stuffs the takedown attempt from Kant. Kant gets slowly back to his feet.
Kant looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kant throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mmm was covering up waiting for the punch and Kant finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mmm utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Kant thows a huge punch but Mmm dodges it nicely.
Kant really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Poe Kant is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well Kant has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
