Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ter Tor (ranked 3523 p4p, 25643 weight class) and Charlie Day (ranked 0 p4p, 515 weight class). Charlie Day is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ter Tor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Charlie Day! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tor decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Tor looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Tor stops Day from getting back to his feet.
Tor takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Tor thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Day is trying to stand back up but Tor is controlling him
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tor closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Day's guard.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Day manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Day has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Tor clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
 That's one minute gone in the round. Day gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. Day looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Day has the hooks in. Tor is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Day lands a shot to the head. Day lands an elbow to the side of the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Day landing with strikes. Tor wants to escape the position.
Day scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.

Tor is trapped and Day is scoring with shots to the head and body. Day is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Day gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Day gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Day apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Tor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Day counters with a two punch combo.

Tor throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Day tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tor is in Day's guard. Day wants to stand but Tor is controlling the position. Day is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Tor trying to control but Day is working from the bottom. Day really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tor. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Day is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tor is controlling him.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tor closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Tor is keen to just control but Day is a slippery customer. Tor stops Day from getting back to his feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round.
Tor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Tor misses with a looping left.
Tor looking to score a takedown here. Day is defending well but Tor drives through and ends up in Day's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Day can do anything to dispel that myth. Tor stops Day from standing up. Tor wants to control from the top but Day keeps moving. Day wants to stand and escape but Tor is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Charlie Day dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Tor shoots in and gets a takedown into Day's guard.
Day has his feet on Tor's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Ter Tor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tor dives in and scores a takedown into Day's guard. Day wants to stand but Tor is controlling the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tor throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Day works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Day wants to stand up but Tor is controlling him. Tor showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Tor won't allow Day to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Day keeping full guard, as Tor tries to pass.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tor looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Day! Day is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Charlie Day has got the better of the ground game so far.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Day enables Tor to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Day manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Tor stops Day from standing up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Tor trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Day keeping moving, preventing Tor from controlling successfully. Tor tries to free his leg and advance position but Day is retaining full guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tor trying to control but Day is working from the bottom.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Tor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Day circles away quickly and effectively. Despite the aggression on Day's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ter Tor dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Tor throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Tor tries to bum rush Day with a series of wild strikes but Day uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Day is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Tor gets a double leg takedown into Day's guard. Day is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tor is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tor trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Day keeping moving, preventing Tor from controlling successfully. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Day is looking to stand up but Tor isn't so interested in that idea.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Day gets caught napping as Tor dives in and scores a takedown. Day manages to retain guard. Day is looking to stand up but Tor isn't so interested in that idea.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Tor trying to control the position from guard on top but Day is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Day wants to stand up but Tor is controlling him.

Day gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tor to score an easy takedown into full guard. Day wants to stand but Tor is controlling the position.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Day manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Tor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Day works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Day is looking to work some ground and pound but Tor has wrist control. Day keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tor's head. Day with a nice head shot there. Day lands a couple of elbows. Day chips away with some ground and pound. Day works over Tor with some ground and pound from guard. Day is in close to Tor's body, working some short punches and elbows. Day makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Day with a nice head shot there. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Day distracts Tor with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. We've been told by Tor's head coaches at Ruttos gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Tor throws a combination that misses and Day counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Charlie Day. Well Day has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
