The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yurchon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Moreira stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Moreira shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yurchon as he avoids it easily.
Moreira takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Moreira looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Good standup being displayed there by Yurchon as he connects with a hook.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Moreira thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Moreira drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Moreira jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Moreira drops back, looking for a kneebar! Yurchon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Yurchon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Yurchon!

Yurchon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Moreira is looking for a sweep.
Yurchon tries to stand but Moreira is controlling his head.
Yurchon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moreira on the ground.
Moreira gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Yurchon wants to stand up but Moreira has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Yurchon is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Moreira is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Yurchon pulls his head out easily.
Yurchon wants to stand up but Moreira has a hold of him and won't allow it.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Yurchon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Moreiras jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Yurchon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Moreira fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Yurchon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Moreira moves forwards but Yurchon connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Moreira is rocked!
Moreira tries to get into range but Yurchon steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Moreira! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Yurchon scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ai Yurchon!
