Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brandon Byrum!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byrum lands with a right hand.
It looks like Lyubof Nurmagomedov has been cut.
Nurmagomedov throws a looping overhand right but Byrum ducks down to avoid it.
Byrum staying out of range there.
Nurmagomedov shoots in and bounces Byrum off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Nurmagomedov is fighting to break Byrum's control of his arms but Byrum is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Byrum has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nurmagomedov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nurmagomedov lying in Byrum's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Byrum decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Nurmagomedov taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
