Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryota Fukado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Honore Nazaire Rey!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rey misses with a hook. Fukado ducked under it nicely.
Fukado has managed to clinch.
Rey throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Fukado tries to throw a body punch but Rey avoids it by throwing Fukado back against the cage.
Rey gets underhooks to prevent Fukado's takedown attempt.
Fukado is trying to break free.
Rey breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Rey clinches with his opponent.
Rey breaks from the clinch.
Rey keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fukado shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Rey counter with a right hand.

Rey pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Rey moves into range and clinches up with Fukado.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Fukado.
Rey lands a hook that snaps the head of Fukado backwards.
Oh Fukado is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fukado is trying to pull guard but Rey has him pressed against the cage.
Fukado has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rey avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Fukado seems to have got his legs back now.
Rey blocks a body shot from Fukado.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rey's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rey takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Fukado throws a leg kick but Rey sees it coming and moves out of range.
Rey clinches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fukado is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Rey just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Fukado has gone limp and this one is over!
