Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Case (ranked 3768 p4p, 4043 weight class) and Graham Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Case's entrance music is Girei. A fine choice. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sammy Case!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Graham Grant!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Case looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Case misses with a low kick.
Case feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Case missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Case wants to control from the top but Grant keeps moving.
Grant lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Case avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Grant pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Case is keeping the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grant with a flurry of punches that miss.
Case wants to sweep but no luck.
Grant scoring with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Case throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Case working a defensive guard here.
Grant content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Case keeping moving, preventing Grant from controlling successfully.
Case keeping full guard, as Grant tries to pass.
Case is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Grant trying to control but Case is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Grant in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Grant throwing strikes from guard but Case blocks nicely.
Grant throws a big right hand that misses.
Grant postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Grant is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Case is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Case has escaped and now he's on top!
Case working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Case trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Grant manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Grant stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Case has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Grant manages to get his head free but now Case has transitioned to an armbar! Grant grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Case! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Sammy Case!
Sammy Case spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
