Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 23067 p4p, 23265 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kugus Amiga has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 65 - 57 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kugus Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 63 - 64 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Nada shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Amiga defends it nicely. Amiga quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Nada fails with a takedown attempt. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nada as he jumps to the side. Nada is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Amiga fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nada sprawls well initially but Amiga persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Nada trying to get back to full guard but Amiga takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Nada is looking to get to half guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga avoids the attempt from Nada to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nada can't escape the position.
Nada tries to lock up and control but Amiga gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Nada is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Amiga is staying active. Amiga takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada wants to control but Amiga is having none of it. Amiga controlling the position easily from mount. Amiga's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Nada is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Amiga looking to control and managing it successfully. Nada tries to hold on but Amiga pushes him away. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga content just to control the position here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kugus Amiga dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Amiga shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nada sprawls well. Nada wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Amiga gets slowly back to his feet. Nada replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Amiga blocks it well. Amiga avoids a kick to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga misses with a takedown attempt - Nada sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Nada keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kugus Amiga. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nada looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Amiga is fending him off so far but Nada persists. Nope, Amiga circles away and we're back to standing. Amiga defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nada. Amiga drops down looking for a counter takedown but Nada sprawls and moves away. Nada shoots for a takedown but Amiga saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Nada struggling a bit here. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Who's going to make the next move?
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Amiga gets caught flat footed, as Nada shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Amiga wants to get back to his feet but Nada passes into half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Way Nada will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Nada tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Amiga defends well and Nada ends up having to push Amiga into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Amiga. Nada tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Nada shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga regains full guard. Nicely done.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Nada throwing strikes from guard but Amiga blocks nicely. Nada wanted to stand there but Amiga had control of the position. Amiga not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Amiga wants to sweep here but Nada controlling him for the moment. Nada postures up in Amiga's guard and throws a big left but Amiga blocks it. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Amiga is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nada shoots in looking for a takedown. Amiga tries to sprawl out of it but Nada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Amiga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. No luck with that takedown attempt from Nada. Kugus Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Way Nada.

And that's the end of the fight! Kugus Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. Well Amiga has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
