Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Gates (ranked 1032 p4p, 2181 weight class) and Cezarius Cackowski (ranked 134 p4p, 279 weight class). Gates comes to the cage accompanied by Fever Ray - If I Had A Heart. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cezarius Cackowski!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cackowski scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Nice uppercut lands for Cackowski. That snapped Gates's head back.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gates. Cackowski does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gates takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The fighters circling - Cackowski throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cackowski connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gates momentarily.
Cackowski throws the left hand but Gates avoids the punch easily.
Cackowski throws out a powerful jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gates throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cackowski counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cackowski throws a looping overhand right but Gates ducks down to avoid it.

Gates fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cackowski lands with a straight right. Gates didn't see that one coming.
Cackowski bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cackowski scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Gates takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gates is rocked!

Cackowski circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Gates tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Cackowski wins by KO!
