Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kemp Dennis (ranked 662 p4p, 896 weight class) and Riel Proh (ranked 88 p4p, 127 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Kemp Dennis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 2 - 2, fighting out of London, Riel Proh! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnem�ki and Arvi Lind.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Proh gets a takedown into half guard. Dennis's coaches at Point Blanc have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Proh prevents Dennis from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Proh takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Dennis is trying to get back to full guard. Dennis wants to get back to full guard but Proh has passed into side control. Dennis is trying to get back to half guard. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Proh working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Proh is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Dennis takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Dennis is looking for a sweep. Proh looks up at the clock and then as Dennis takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Proh smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Proh is chipping away with strikes.
Dennis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Proh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Dennis is working hard here to advance position. Proh landing strikes. Dennis is holding Proh down, trying to stall.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Dennis is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Proh off and has taken his back!

Proh manages to scramble and ends up in full guard, under a barage of strikes . Great composure from Proh. Dennis trying to control the position from guard on top but Proh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Proh looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dennis is one step ahead there. Dennis controlling from the top position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dennis trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dennis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Proh wants to sweep here but Dennis controlling him for the moment. Dennis looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Proh is controlling Dennis's posture. Dennis tries to free his leg and advance position but Proh is retaining full guard. Dennis wants to control from the top but Proh keeps moving.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dennis throws an elbow that misses. Proh uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dennis's guard. Nice move by Proh!
Proh chips away with some ground and pound. Dennis looking to hit a scissor sweep but Proh is one step ahead there. Proh throws a strike but Dennis rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Dennis throwing strikes from guard but Proh blocks nicely. Dennis landing some decent shots from guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Riel Proh dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Proh scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Dennis struggling a bit here. Dennis is looking to reverse the position. Dennis takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Dennis tries to get back to half guard but can't. Riel Proh has got the better of the ground game so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. What's Dennis going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Dennis is trying to get back to half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. An elbow from Proh crashes against the mat.
Dennis wants to control but Proh postures up. Proh lands some shots froms side control. Dennis is looking for a sweep. Dennis gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dennis is trying to get back to full guard. Proh keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Proh is thwarting Dennis's attempts to control the position. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Proh content to control rather than advance.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nice straight punches there by Proh. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Proh.
Proh gets the takedown into side control. Dennis is looking for a sweep. Dennis on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Dennis struggling a bit here. Dennis is trying to improve his position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dennis manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Proh is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dennis scores with a couple of nice shots. Proh has his hands clasped together around Dennis's back. He's all about the action. Dennis is figuring out what he wants to do next. Dennis stalling away here and it's allowed Proh to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dennis tries to free his leg and advance position but Proh is retaining full guard. Proh keeping moving, preventing Dennis from controlling successfully. Dennis is fighting to break Proh's control of his arms but Proh is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Proh can't keep his opponent in guard - Dennis advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Dennis throws a strike but Proh avoids it easily and moves to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dennis throws an elbow that misses. Proh uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dennis's guard. Nice move by Proh!
 The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Proh looking to pass the guard. Dennis wants to improve his position but instead Proh has moved into half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Riel Proh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Proh slips a nice elbow through Dennis's hands, connecting with Dennis's forehead. Kemp Dennis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Dennis is looking to get back to full guard here but Proh has managed to pass to side control instead. Proh creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dennis sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Proh working the ground and pound. Dennis keeping his opponent close. Proh trying to control the action but Dennis is working from the bottom. Dennis tries to buck Proh off but Proh is having none of it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dennis wants to control but Proh postures up. Proh lands an elbow. Proh landing strikes. Dennis tries to bench press Proh off him but Proh keeps the position. Dennis is trying to control Proh's posture but Proh avoids it. Dennis regains half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dennis wants to improve his position but Proh is controlling well.
Dennis has a hand on Proh's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Proh takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Proh landing strikes from the mount. Dennis tries to get back to half guard but can't. Proh lands with some strikes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Proh scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Dennis?
Proh trying to control but he's not successful this time. Dennis throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
And that's the end of the fight! Riel Proh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Proh has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Riel Proh! In his post fight interview, Riel Proh started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
