Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Landreth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Ramoin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Landreth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Xavier Ramoin! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Landreth fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ramoin wants to clinch. A nice inside leg kick there by Landreth. That's going to slow Ramoin down. Landreth misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Landreth fails with a takedown attempt from distance. It's a sloppy attempt though and Landreth jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Ramoin pulls Landreth in close to prevent any damage. Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Landreth tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ramoin swivels and escapes. Landreth really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Landreth is breathing heavily. Ramoin forces Landreth back against the cage and clinches. Ramoin connects with a knee to the head.

Ramoin pulls Landreth in close to prevent any damage. Ramoin trying to keep a closed guard but Landreth is proving a slippery customer.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Ramoin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ramoin moves into the clinch. Ramoin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Landreth takes an elbow to the temple. Ramoin content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Landreth is fighting it off but Ramoin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Landreth's guard against the cage. Landreth had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ramoin is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Landreth Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ramoin's back instead. Ramoin looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Landreth will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Landreth throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Ramoin fending off the submission attempt from Landreth. Landreth not allowing Ramoin to control his hands.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ramoin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Landreth shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ramoin as he avoids it easily. Ramoin has managed to clinch.

Ramoin rushes Landreth and presses him up against the cage. Ramoin decides to pull guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Landreth accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Ramoin trying to control the position.

The fighters roll with the hold and Ramoin manages to kick Landreth off! Landreth jumps back into Ramoin's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ramoin tries for a takedown but Landreth sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Landreth shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Landreth trying to control but Ramoin is working from the bottom. Landreth is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ramoin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Landreth. Landreth is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
