And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sullivan Lopes!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopes has Douglas up against the ropes in a clinch.
Douglas really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
I was talking to Douglas's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Douglas lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lopes.
Douglas is struggling to control the position.
Lopes leaning against his opponent.
Lopes tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lopes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Douglas keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Sullivan Lopes has been cut.
Lopes misses with a wild combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Douglas tries to clinch but Lopes is having none of it.
Douglas connects with a jab.
Douglas staggers Lopes with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Lopes looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Douglas is victorious!
