Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sirus Hughes (ranked 20399 p4p, 4795 weight class) and Rusty Shackleford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hughes's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Devil "Shinedown". Rusty Shackleford will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shackleford slaps away a takedown attempt from Hughes, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Shackleford gets caught napping as Hughes dives in and scores a takedown. Shackleford manages to retain guard.
Shackleford wants to get back to his feet but Hughes is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hughes content to stall in guard here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hughes engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Hughes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shackleford swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hughes passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Hughes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Shackleford is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hughes is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Shackleford's shoulder. That is not cool.
Hughes is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Shackleford knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Hughes is working to tighten his grip on Shackleford's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Shackleford has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hughes is really squeezing tight and eventually Shackleford passes out! Hughes breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
